Jubilee Gardens is an open, grassed area with flower beds, shrubs and trees criss-crossed with footpaths. The footpaths are of varying widths and gradients ranging from 28.5% (1:3.5) to 7.5% (1:13)with uneven steps along all but one of the routes through the Gardens. From the higher parts of the gardens there are views out to sea or back across the gardens and rooftops.
