Route Filmstrip & Description

This trail starts at the eastern end of David's Loan, Falkirk at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference NS 894820 and runs towards the River Carron.There is car parking on the street and buses run to this end of David's Loan.The route is generally flat but there are two short (10m) gradients of 14% (1:7). The path surface is firm but a there is a stretch near the river with some loose stone. The trail is wide enough for two people to walk side by side except for 400m where the path is only about 650mm wide.There are six resting points with seats or perches but they are not evenly spaced around the walk.,
